They are looking for a Business Analysis Associate to join their intern coaching program. In this position, you will act as a mentor and expert resource, guiding aspiring business analysts through real-world projects. Your goal is to help interns bridge the gap between theory and practice, ensuring they can analyze business processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular team meetings and 1-on-1 coaching sessions to provide personalized guidance.
- Share best practices and industry standards to help interns understand real-world applications.
- Record video walkthroughs demonstrating business analysis methodologies and requirement gathering techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content highlighting the value of business analysis.
- Monitor intern progress and provide feedback on skill development and project execution.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in business analysis or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience.
