About the role
International Breweries Plc is looking for a Brewing Artisan to join the team at the Sagamu brewery in Ogun State. This is a full-time position focused on keeping the brewing plant running smoothly. Your main goal is to maintain, repair, and optimize equipment to ensure high product quality and plant availability while maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Perform maintenance tasks on plant and associated devices.
- Operate and maintain all machines involved in the brewing process.
- Optimize plant, process equipment, and systems.
- Ensure maintenance tasks are completed to standard.
- Complete standby duties as per the roster.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a production environment.
- Experience with Brewery Brewing Plant is an advantage.
- Ability to solve problems and communicate technical knowledge.
- Strong self-management and teamwork skills.
