About the role
Alfred and Victoria Associates is a leading ICT solution and human capital development organization in Nigeria. We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Family Wellness division in Lagos. This full-time position reports to the Head of Marketing and focuses on growing our consumer health and wellness product portfolio.
The role combines strategic brand management, digital marketing, and commercial insight to drive sales and strengthen brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies for assigned family wellness products.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce, and influencer channels.
- Manage social media presence to ensure consistent messaging and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Analyze sales performance against targets and recommend commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive e-commerce and digital sales initiatives.
- Plan and manage product promotions, launches, and brand-building activities.
- Manage digital advertising budgets and monitor return on investment.
- Supervise the creation of creative assets, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all sales channels, including retail and pharmacies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, brand management, or portfolio management.
- Experience in family wellness, consumer health, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or personal care is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing products from strategy to execution.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media strategy.
