About the role
Elite Talent Placements (ETP) is looking for a creative and commercially driven Brand and Marketing Specialist. This hybrid role in Lagos focuses on increasing brand visibility, managing digital presence, and generating business opportunities for our Recruitment and Corporate Training services. It is a strategic position that goes beyond standard social media management.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
- Manage ETP’s social media channels and content.
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies.
- Track marketing performance and lead conversion.
- Support B2B outreach and business development efforts.
- Promote monthly training webinars to generate registrations and leads.
- Create engaging content to strengthen ETP’s thought leadership.
- Generate leads for recruitment and corporate training services.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or business development.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Canva.
- Strong skills in social media, content creation, and lead generation.
- A commercial mindset focused on measurable business results.
- B2B marketing experience is an advantage.
