About the role
Muamalat Homes & Properties Limited is a reputable real estate firm focused on property development, management, and consulting. We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Kano branch. This full-time position involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations to align with company objectives and approved budgets.
- Supervise, motivate, and evaluate branch employees to ensure accountability and productivity.
- Monitor property sales, lead conversion, and payment compliance.
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, and legal teams to support smooth business operations.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports covering sales, collections, and customer feedback.
- Ensure customer transactions are properly documented and processed through approved channels.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including supervisory or management roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluency in Hausa and English is essential.
- Knowledge of the Kano market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
- Experience in real estate, property sales, or financial services is an advantage.
