About the role
Layer3 is a leader in Cloud, Security, Network, and Data center solutions in Nigeria. We are seeking a Billing & Revenue Assurance Executive to join our team in Abuja (FCT). This is a full-time position where you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our revenue processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, including invoice generation and submission to customers.
- Oversee the revenue assurance module on the ERP system.
- Liaise with sales and key account managers to resolve queries and manage new business changes.
- Track connectivity activities such as link activations, upgrades, and terminations.
- Reconcile invoices with clients and internal teams, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Monitor debt balances and produce unit reports to update records.
- Conduct audits, identify loopholes, and prepare reports with recommendations to improve profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Billing, or Audit.
- Chartered status in Accounting (ACA or ACCA).
- Experience in revenue assurance, billing processes, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
