About the role
Talent Spur Advisory Limited is hiring a Beauty & Skincare Advisor to support a cosmetics and beauty client. This full-time position is based in Lekki, Lagos. You will provide professional customer support across digital platforms and in a physical retail setting. The role focuses on guiding customers with product information and ensuring a welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and website chat.
- Explain skincare and haircare product benefits, ingredients, and usage.
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs.
- Support walk-in customers with product demonstrations and order processing.
- Resolve routine complaints and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and enquiry logs.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and post-purchase satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer feedback and enquiry trends.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, digital support, or retail.
- Experience serving premium lifestyle or cosmetics brands.
- Proficiency in managing enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and email.
- Basic knowledge of skincare and haircare products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and social media tools.
- Availability to work fully onsite in Lagos.
