Monty Suites is a leading Nigerian hospitality brand with locations in Uyo, Calabar, and Lekki. We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This is a great opportunity to work in a premium environment that values service excellence and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
- Greet customers politely, take orders, and provide drink recommendations.
- Monitor inventory of drinks and other stock items, reporting any shortages.
- Restock bottles, kegs, garnishes, and supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean bar area by washing glasses, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing equipment.
- Follow all hygiene and safety standards.
- Create new cocktails or specialty drinks when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barman or bartender.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Physical stamina for long shifts and standing for extended periods.
- Neat appearance and a positive attitude.
