Responsibilities
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes and serve wine or champagne.
- Set up and maintain the cleanliness of the bar, tables, and equipment.
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and secure liquor and storage areas.
- Process payments, count the bank at the end of the shift, and complete cashier reports.
- Wash soiled glassware and remove waste from the bar top and tables.
- Follow all company safety, security, and quality policies.
- Build positive relationships with team members and support common goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
