As a Bartender, you will be part of a team committed to quality, consistency, and excellent service in a stylish and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and other beverages according to establishment standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service.
- Maintain proper stock levels of beverages and bar supplies.
- Keep the bar area, equipment, and utensils clean and organized.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately where required.
- Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures.
- Monitor and record beverage usage and wastage.
- Report damaged equipment, low stock, or unusual incidents to the Manager.
- Maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Requirements
- Knowledge of beverages and basic cocktail preparation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Good numerical and organizational skills.
- Previous bartending experience is an advantage.
