About the role
Davina Hill Resort and Hotel is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our team in Gwarinpa, Abuja. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in delivering excellent guest experiences. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide accurate information about beverage menus and prices.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, juices, coffee, tea, and other drinks according to hotel standards.
- Maintain a clean and tidy bar area, including counters, glassware, and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels, record usage, and report shortages to supervisors.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of beverages and mixology.
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining neat appearance.
