We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and professional Bartender to join our team in Osogbo, Osun. This is a full-time position where you will help create memorable experiences for our guests while working in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and other beverages according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the bar, counters, equipment, and storage areas.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and enquiries professionally, referring serious issues to management.
- Process cash, POS transactions, and other approved payment methods accurately.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
- Record and report stock usage, shortages, damages, and wastage to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow hotel policies regarding responsible service of alcoholic beverages and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the restaurant, kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or similar establishment.
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktail preparation, and bar operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good numeracy and cash-handling skills, including experience with POS systems.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, in shifts, and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts when required.
