About the role
Hilton Worldwide is looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position is part of our Food Services & Catering division. You will play a key role in delivering the exceptional guest experiences that define the Hilton brand.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages for servers and process transactions to support efficient service.
- Manage guest concerns professionally, including handling situations with intoxicated guests safely and respectfully.
- Supervise all bar activities to ensure stations are stocked, organized, and meet established standards.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
- Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff to ensure high performance and excellent service.
