Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with small business clients to drive profitability.
- Onboard new clients and businesses into the bank’s portfolio.
- Handle account opening and maintenance processes.
- Perform application and submission verification.
- Apply product knowledge and customer understanding to provide exceptional service.
Requirements
- First Degree in any field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience within the financial industry.
- Experience in managing small businesses.
- Cognate experience in sales and relationship management.
- Competencies in generating ideas, convincing people, team working, interpreting data, and developing strategies.
