Responsibilities
- Set and monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and item positioning for even results.
- Knead, roll, cut, proof, and shape bread doughs, pastry sheets, and cake batters.
- Measure ingredients accurately and operate industrial mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters.
- Track ingredient stock, order supplies, and rotate products to reduce waste.
- Frost, glaze, and decorate cakes, pastries, and specialty items.
- Maintain a clean workspace in line with local health and food safety regulations.
