About the role
Mandilas Group Limited is a conglomerate with core activities in engineering, air conditioning, plumbing, and automobile services. We are looking for an Assistant MEP Manager to join our team in Lagos. This position supports the MEP Manager in coordinating department activities, ensuring project delivery, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all enquiries within 24 working hours.
- Organize job induction, safety, and cost control training for the MEP team and vendors.
- Drive revenue growth for MEP business units and meet financial targets.
- Conduct site visits to assess project quotations, designs, and constraints.
- Monitor material procurement and installation to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure accurate costing and that designs meet customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities for MEP products and services.
- Prepare detailed site reports, cost analyses, and project documentation.
- Coordinate vendors and sub-contractors for project execution.
Requirements
- First degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency, commissioning, BIM, or green building.
- Understanding of building service systems and MEP conceptual design.
