About the role
TeamAce Limited is hiring an Asset Finance Officer to lead SME lending activities with a specific focus on vehicle-based financing. This full-time position is based in Gbagada, Lagos. You will manage the entire lending cycle, from finding new customers to ensuring they repay their loans on time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage SMEs and individuals seeking vehicle financing to understand their funding needs.
- Assess loan applications, financial data, and repayment capacity to support credit decisions.
- Oversee the loan process from application and documentation to approval, disbursement, and monitoring.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring timely repayments and portfolio quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in SME lending, commercial lending, or credit, with hands-on experience in vehicle-based lending.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment, loan structuring, collateral evaluation, and repayment monitoring.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage SME customers while meeting lending and portfolio targets.
