Responsibilities
- Oversee daily asphalt plant operations and management.
- Manage manpower, equipment, and operational workflows.
- Ensure quality control and maintain plant equipment.
- Provide strong leadership and troubleshoot operational issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong experience in asphalt plant operations and management.
- Knowledge of asphalt production, quality control, and plant maintenance.
- Ability to manage manpower, equipment, and daily operations.
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills.
