We are currently seeking a results-driven Area Service Executive to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position focuses specifically on the HVAC and air conditioning sales sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and build lasting business relationships across the South South region.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of air conditioning products within your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market penetration.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, monitor performance, and provide sales support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry, specifically air conditioning products.
- An existing and active network of AC dealers and distributors.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and growing territory revenue.
- Strong knowledge of the air conditioning market, products, and distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
