About the role
DAG Industries Nigeria Limited is an authorized distributor of Bajaj Auto Ltd. and MRF Tyres in Nigeria. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive lubricant sales in specific regions. This is a full-time, field-oriented position focused on generating demand and acquiring customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with workshop owners, service-station operators, and fleet operators.
- Prospect for new customers, including workshops, service stations, and industrial clients.
- Execute daily sales activities to meet assigned area targets.
- Monitor competitor brands, pricing, and market movements.
- Support distributors and sub-dealers with product information and market activation.
- Conduct regular visits to high-potential customer locations.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant field-sales experience.
- OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience selling lubricant products.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and cover assigned territories.
