Responsibilities
- Monitor patient conditions and assess needs to provide optimal care.
- Observe and interpret symptoms, communicating findings to physicians.
- Foster a supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Collaborate with medical teams to create individualized care plans.
- Supervise and train Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistants.
- Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.
- Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections.
- Administer medication and treatments according to physician orders.
- Assist surgeons during operations.
- Maintain facility hygiene and safety standards, including equipment decontamination.
Requirements
- B.Sc or diploma from a nursing program.
- Valid nursing license.
- Proven experience as a registered anaesthetic nurse.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines, sanitation, and decontamination procedures.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Compassionate and responsible attitude.
