About the role
Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior Agro-Allied Project Lead to drive the development, execution, and commercialisation of agribusiness, agro-processing, and agricultural manufacturing projects. This full-time, remote position based in Lagos offers a monthly salary of N500,000 to N600,000. The ideal candidate combines practical project experience with strong financial analysis and commercial strategy skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead agro-allied and agricultural projects from concept through implementation and commercialisation.
- Develop and review feasibility studies, business cases, financial models, and investment proposals.
- Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, government agencies, and strategic stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and long-term project sustainability.
- Monitor project costs, milestones, and commercial performance, including ROI, CAPEX, and OPEX.
- Coordinate agricultural value chains, sourcing, processing, and logistics activities.
Requirements
- 7–10 years’ relevant experience in agribusiness, agro-processing, or agro-allied project development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong skills in project planning, financial modelling, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CFA, ICAN, or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
