About the role
Our client, a leading banking institution, is seeking a dedicated Agent Field Officer to join their team in Kano. This full-time position focuses on expanding the bank’s reach by onboarding new customers and agents, managing relationships, and promoting retail banking products. You will play a key role in meeting acquisition targets and ensuring smooth customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers.
- Facilitate account opening and ensure proper KYC documentation is collected.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
- Market and sell financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
- Prepare call memos and check pickups for revenue collection.
- Assist with loan request documentation and respond to customer inquiries.
- Prepare target market lists for retail banking products.
Requirements
- Age: Not more than 35 years.
- Education: NCE, OND, HND, or BSc.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
