About the role
Premium Human Resources Solution is recruiting on behalf of a top banking institution for the position of Agent Field Officer (AFO). This is a full-time role based in Abuja (FCT). The position focuses on driving retail banking growth through customer acquisition, product marketing, and agent management.
Responsibilities
- Market retail banking products and services to potential customers.
- Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
- Facilitate account opening and ensure proper KYC documentation is collected.
- Actively sell financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
- Perform check pickups and revenue collection.
- Prepare call memos and target market lists.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the Business Group’s activities.
- Assist with loan request documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
Requirements
- Qualification: NCE, OND, HND, or BSc Degree.
- Age: Not more than 35 years.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of marketing experience.
