About the role
Linkway Electronics Limited, the sole distributor of MeWe Electronics in Nigeria, is seeking dedicated Aftersales Customer Service Representatives. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers needing product support and warranty services. This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₦100,000 to ₦130,000 monthly.
Please note that successful candidates will initially be based in Lekki, Lagos. After approximately 2–3 months, you may be required to relocate to Ibadan, Oyo State, and subsequently to Ota, Ogun State, depending on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of product faults and classify cases for repair or replacement.
- Record customer complaints and fault information accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Lagos Head Office After-Sales Department for technical support, spare parts, and logistics.
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Support telephone-based after-sales inquiries when operational.
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
- Willingness to relocate to different work locations as required.
- Practical repair skills for televisions and small home appliances are an added advantage.
