About the role
AlpSolarr, a brand of LIGOO NewEnergy Technologies, is seeking an After-Sales Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Port Harcourt. This full-time position offers a structured learning environment where you will work under the mentorship of senior engineers to master energy storage systems. The role includes a clear career progression path from support to engineering and supervision, with a salary range of N200,000 to N250,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Learn the principles, installation, commissioning, and repair of energy storage products.
- Assist with on-site after-sales services, including installation support, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.
- Support the after-sales hotline, record service tickets, and follow up with customers.
- Attend technical training sessions and meet learning milestones.
- Assist with spare parts management and sample unit testing.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronic Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Genuine interest in the new energy industry and a commitment to a technical career.
- Strong hands-on ability and eagerness to learn.
- Basic English literacy for reading manuals and recording tickets.
- Willingness to perform field service and occasional travel.
