About the role
KannyVic Enterprise Consult is recruiting a professional to develop and implement the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS). This full-time position is based in Warri, Delta, and may require travel to project sites. The role involves managing corporate, administrative, engineering, and project documentation while ensuring alignment with international standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the IMS framework in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Create and standardise policies, SOPs, work instructions, templates, and process documentation.
- Establish and maintain document registers, numbering systems, revision controls, and approval workflows.
- Manage engineering drawings, technical submissions, project correspondence, and handover records.
- Maintain secure physical and electronic document repositories.
- Coordinate internal audits, corrective-action tracking, and compliance monitoring.
- Monitor outstanding approvals, documentation gaps, and implementation deadlines.
- Prepare periodic reports on IMS and document-control performance.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Three to five years of practical experience in IMS development, document control, or project administration.
- Demonstrable experience developing or improving an ISO-aligned management system.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, with working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document-management systems.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in agriculture, construction, engineering, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- ISO auditor training and experience with project document-management platforms are added advantages.
