Responsibilities
- Lift, carry, load, and offload parcels, packages, and other goods safely and efficiently.
- Sort, arrange, and stack items in designated storage areas, loading bays, and delivery vehicles.
- Assist with the movement of shipments between operational areas and designated locations.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the assigned work area.
- Report damaged packages, unsafe conditions, and operational issues to supervisors.
- Follow supervisors’ instructions and comply with established operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of a secondary school education.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties, including repetitive lifting and carrying.
- Good level of reliability, punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, or public holidays where required.
- Previous experience in loading, offloading, warehousing, or logistics operations is an advantage.
