About the role
Workforce Group is recruiting for a leading commercial bank in Nigeria. This is a 6-month contract position with 6 openings available. The role offers a structured environment to gain hands-on banking experience. You will support the branch team in serving customers and promoting the bank’s products. The monthly salary is N100,000.
Responsibilities
- Explain the bank’s products and services clearly to customers.
- Support branch staff with other duties as assigned.
- Prepare and update records and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Support account opening, documentation, and customer data capture.
- Help resolve customer enquiries and escalate issues where needed.
- Support customer onboarding to digital channels (mobile app, USSD, cards).
- Welcome and attend to customers and direct them to the right service point.
Requirements
- Available and willing to commit to the 6-month ad hoc engagement.
- Strong verbal communication skills and fluency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Age: not older than 26 years.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Qualification: National Diploma (ND) with relevant experience.
