About the role
Workforce Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial bank in Nigeria. They are seeking Ad-Hoc Staff to join their branch teams for a 6-month contract. This role offers a structured environment to gain hands-on banking experience while supporting daily operations and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate service points.
- Assist with account opening, documentation, and data capture.
- Explain bank products and services clearly to clients.
- Support customer onboarding for digital channels, including mobile apps, USSD, and cards.
- Prepare and update records and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Resolve customer enquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support branch staff with other assigned duties.
Requirements
- National Diploma (ND) with relevant experience.
- Age: Not older than 26 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal communication skills and fluency.
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
- Availability and willingness to commit to the 6-month engagement.
