About the role
Seven Up Bottling Company is one of Nigeria’s largest beverage manufacturers, producing brands like Pepsi, 7Up, and Aquafina. We are looking for an Activation Manager to lead modern trade initiatives in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on driving brand visibility and sales through strategic in-store activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to integrate brand campaigns and ensure product availability.
- Manage the modern trade activation budget, tracking expenses and ensuring proper documentation.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, buyers, and store operations teams.
- Develop and implement activation strategies based on shopper insights and trends.
- Lead end-to-end execution of activations, including planning, logistics, and in-store implementation.
- Create innovative concepts with clear KPIs to drive trial, awareness, and sales.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or key account management in the FMCG industry.
- Significant focus on the modern trade channel in Nigeria.
- Strong results orientation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- B.Sc Degree or HND in a related field.
