We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (ICAN Graduate) with strong experience in projects and operational finance. The ideal candidate will support financial reporting and performance across fleet/logistics and manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage accurate financial records, reports, and statements for project-based and operational activities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of audit queries.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and production teams to align financial data with project outcomes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support project accounting functions including budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor financial performance of ongoing projects and provide insights for cost control and profitability improvement.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Utilize ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP) for transaction processing and reporting.
Requirements
- ICAN qualified or at advanced stage (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5–10 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to projects, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (analysis, reporting, and modeling).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
