About the role
FMR Agency Limited is hiring an Accountant to work for a client in the FMCG industry. This is a full-time position based in Lugbe, Abuja. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Record daily sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Track expenses and support budgeting activities.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting procedures.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience is an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Must reside in or around Lugbe, Abuja, and be able to commute to the office.
