About the role
TeamAce Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organization in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. We are looking for a dedicated Account Receivable Officer to join their team in Port Harcourt. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring accurate billing and financial documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and issue invoices accurately and promptly according to company procedures.
- Maintain precise records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Reconcile invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.
- Follow up with internal departments and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding invoices.
- Prepare regular invoicing reports and ensure proper filing of financial and billing documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in invoicing, billing, accounts administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting or invoicing software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
