About the role
Raybond Technical Limited is a fully indigenous EPCIC service provider with over a decade of experience in sectors like Oil & Gas, Power, and Mining. We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Officer to join our finance team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting compliance efforts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger, journals, and supporting documentation.
- Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash positions.
- Verify billing information and generate timely invoices for clients.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including aging schedules.
- Process supplier invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Provide audit support and assist in preparing monthly management reports.
- Collaborate with sales teams to address client concerns and execute collection procedures for overdue accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong time management skills.
