About the role
Eko Maintenance Limited is looking for a dedicated AC Technician to join their team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on maintaining air conditioning and ventilation systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The company serves the construction and real estate sectors with a strong track record in infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in AC units.
- Check refrigerant levels and perform leak detection and repairs.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Clean and maintain filters, coils, condensers, and other AC components.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience as an AC Technician.
- HND, B.Sc, or B.Eng qualification.
- Technical certificate, diploma, or relevant qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of different AC systems, including split units, cassette units, central air conditioning, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Experience in AC installation, servicing, gas charging, and repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
