Job Brief

  • Our client is looking for a competent and Personal Assistant to efficiently provide administrative support to our organisation.
  • In this role, you will take up the daily task of overseeing all duties and sales of luxury body sprays and perfumes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with internal and external clients to meet for enquiries.
  • all dairies, schedule meetings, and prepare rooms.
  • Provide personal administrative support to the CEO.
  • Efficiently stock all supplies.
  • reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Make , accommodation, and transportation arrangements for staff and managers.
  • Keep a record of files and expenses.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Secretarial Studies or related courses.
  • Two to three years of experience in a secretarial position.
