Omicron Signs and symptoms

According to World Health Organization (WHO) Signs and symptoms of Omicron Covid-19 Variant include:

  • Respiratory symptoms and include fever
  • Cough and shortness of breath
  • In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome and sometimes death
  • Get vaccinated as soon as it’s your turn and follow local guidance on vaccination.
  • Keep a physical distance of at least 1 metre from others, even if they don’t appear to be sick. Avoid crowds and close .
  • Wear a properly fitted mask when physical distancing is not possible and in poorly ventilated settings.
