π Job Description
Position Overview The Office Administration Assistant will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and productive work environment. You will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and be the go-to person for office-related needs, ensuring our team has the support they need to thrive.
- Manage daily office operations, including office supplies, and general upkeep.
- Manage office reception, staff and guest entry and exit control.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and databases.
- Assist in visa, pass and permit applications.
- Arrange transport, flight and hotel bookings for company visitors and staff when needed.
- Design, Print and Distribute staff ID cards.
- Coordinate general office cleaning and security services.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords on various office related matters
- Assist in basic HR, finance, or procurement tasks (filing receipts, tracking expenses, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to management and team members
- Ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Dispatch/deliver correspondences to appropriate offices and collect parcels when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a diploma, OND, HND or bachelorβs degree in public administration, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, international relations, or a social science field.
- Attention to detail in ensuring accuracy and precision in handling information, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Sound English written and oral communication skills, strong critical thinking, problem solving, people-centric approach, purpose-driven thinking, accountability, and time-punctuality.
- Ability to work independently, but in a consultative environment with other staff and supervisor.
