📋 Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Intune, Microsoft 365, Identity & Security Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. Discover more jobs in Security. Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management (MDM/MAM)
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD) configurations including Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection
• Monitor and respond to security alerts using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint , Microsoft Sentinel , and other M365 security tools
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards through Microsoft Purview and compliance center tools
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and enforce identity and access management (IAM) policies
• Perform regular audits, reporting, and remediation of security vulnerabilities and misconfigurations
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology , Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field with a minimum of second-class upper division.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in administering Microsoft Intune, M365, and Azure AD environments
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft security and compliance tools
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, Zero Trust principles, and cloud security best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Microsoft Certification a plus
