Job Description

  • We are looking for highly organized with excellent customer relation skills for the position of Customer Service Representative.
  • The candidate will be responsible for providing hospitable customer services to guests.


  • The successful customer service representative must be persuasive  and have trenmendous patience when dealing with guests.
  • Ability to accommodate guest’s need with enthusiasm and poise.
  • Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
