Title: Admin Assistant / HR Officer

Employment Type: Full-time


  • Assist in the to day running of the office.
  • Co-ordinating office operations.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Document Human resources actions by completing forms, logs and records.
  • Maintenance and updating of personnel files.
  • Assist in filling listings and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct rigorous staff appraisals to boost staff efficiency.
  • Assist in payroll preparation.


  • Minimum of an HND in any Social Science field.
  • Adequate of Microsoft Applications
  • Strong Communication Skill
  • Attention To Detail
