Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (search, social, display) to drive leads and conversions.
  • Develop and adapt ad copy, visuals, and landing pages in coordination with the creative team to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, targeting, and tracking for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Identify growth opportunities through audience segmentation and performance insights.

CRM & Automation

  • Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation workflows—including lead scoring, nurturing, and customer segmentation.
  • Leverage Clay for data enrichment, prospecting automation, and personalized outreach integrated with HubSpot.
  • Create and maintain automated email campaigns that align with the buyer journey.
  • Ensure integration between CRM, Clay, website forms, and paid campaign tracking for a seamless lead flow.
  • Support the setup and execution of webinars, including registration flows, reminders, and follow-up automation.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign and CRM data to produce actionable reports and insights.
  • Conduct A/B tests for ads, email campaigns, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
  • Present monthly performance dashboards and optimization plans to the marketing and sales teams.

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Support SEO strategy through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure campaign and website assets are optimized for search visibility.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies to align on growth objectives and lead quality.
  • Contribute to overall marketing strategy by providing insights from campaign and CRM data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, CRM management, or marketing automation.
  • Strong command of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation features.
  • Hands-on experience with major paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Reports, or similar).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Experience setting up and supporting webinars via Zoom, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
